Amanda Hazleton has been practicing law for almost 20 years. Her litigation practice of has included personal injury, personal and commercial motor vehicle accidents, first party insurance defense, products liability, and multi-district agricultural litigation.  During that time, she has advocated for both claimants and defendants. Amanda began her legal career in St. Louis, Missouri, in 2005 after graduating from St. Louis University School of Law. She moved to San Antonio with her husband Greg in 2009 when he accepted a fellowship at a local university. They fell in love with South Texas and have lived and worked here ever since. Amanda joined Meritz | Reddy in 2025.

Amanda is a member of the State Bar of Texas, San Antonio Bar Association, and Bexar County Women’s Bar Association. She is also a member of The Missouri Bar. Amanda is licensed in Texas, Missouri, U.S. District Courts – Western, Southern, and Northern Districts of Texas, Eastern District of Missouri, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.

Amanda grew up in Springfield, Missouri, and graduated from the University of Missouri – Columbia with her B.A. in English and Journalism Minor. She met her husband while at Mizzou. They enjoy live music, road trips/walks/hikes with their two dogs, travel, visitors, and Amanda loves to pretend she is an excellent cook.
